Who we are

Precision trading, from first sample to export

In the gold trade, quality decides everything: price, buyer confidence and payment terms. Yet samples are not always tested consistently, and what arrives can differ from what was promised.

Kilonova Commodities Trading – FZCO was set up in Dubai to close that gap. We combine disciplined buying with accurate verification and careful export preparation, so suppliers and buyers can trust the numbers and avoid disputes, port delays and rejected shipments.

  • Priced against the international gold market
  • Purity confirmed by accredited assay testing on every lot
  • Documented chain of origin required on every lot
  • Paid by SWIFT or local corporate bank transfer only

The process

From first enquiry to settlement

Four stages. You know where you stand at each of them.

Stage 01

Send the lot details

Form, origin, approximate weight and any assay you already hold. We reply with an indicative range.

Stage 02

Due diligence

We check licences, export permits and the chain of origin before anything is shipped.

Stage 03

Shipment and assay

The lot travels under insured declared freight. An accredited refiner confirms weight and purity.

Stage 04

We put the final calculation in writing. On your acceptance, payment is released by bank transfer.

Where we source

Four regions, one standard

We buy from licensed miners, mining cooperatives and authorised dealers in North America (the USA and Canada), Southeast Asia, and Southern and Western Africa.

Wherever the gold comes from, the checks are the same. We verify legal origin and quality, make sure the lot complies with the mining and export laws of its country, and arrange secure transport, insurance and export documentation before it moves.

  • Licensed miners, cooperatives and authorised dealers only
  • Export permits, taxes and royalties settled before shipment
  • Insured, secure transport from origin to buyer
How we work

Responsible sourcing

Why we ask for documentation

Gold without a traceable origin cannot be refined, cannot be sold onward, and should not be bought. These are the checks every lot goes through.

A gold-bearing rock face underground

Proof of origin

Mine or concession details, production records and the licence the gold was produced under. We trace the lot back to where it came out of the ground.

Export authority

A valid export permit from the country of origin, matching the lot being shipped. We will tell you if what you hold is not going to clear.

Two colleagues reviewing company documents

Know your supplier

Certificate of incorporation or trade licence, a registry document showing the ultimate beneficial owners, and passport copies of the directors.

Common questions

The things suppliers ask first

Every lot is verified before it is priced. We arrange assay testing and certification through accredited laboratories and refiners, and that certificate is what both sides price against.

Yes. We buy refined gold as well as alluvial dust, nuggets, doré bars and semi-refined material. Refined gold must come from an accredited refinery with an assay certificate, and every lot is tested before it is priced. We do not buy jewellery, coins or watches.

Proof of lawful origin, a valid export permit, your certificate of incorporation or trade licence, a register of ultimate beneficial owners and passport copies of your directors. As long as you can provide these documents, we can work with you.
